Cindy welcomes you to your first visit for Skin Care or Make Up services. The information below will help you to best prepare and get the most out of your visit.

How To Prepare

It is our policy for clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment in order to receive the full attention and time for a complete consultation and/or service. If there is a chance for being late we request notification at the earliest opportunity. For Skin Care consultations it is requested that you bring your current skin care products with you in order for Cindy to best evaluate your skin's  condition and results based on your current product ingredients. 

Please arrive with a makeup-free complexion as this is a better canvas to start with and will allow for a clearer skin examination.  No special attire is needed for appointments or consultations.  Cindy will cover and protect the hairline as well as your clothing.  

What To Expect

All consultations are one hour and are complimentary to reserve time for you to ask questions and discuss your skin's condition. You can expect to receive complete care and attention during your visit with no waiting beforehand. Cindy's office is operated by appointments only and you as the client are the priority during the scheduled visit.  This policy helps everyone to stay on schedule and enjoy their services with no interruptions.

During your first skin consultation Cindy will use a state-of-the-art Reveal Imager to take pictures of your skin to show what is happening within the skin's surface.  Two different photo views will give you an in-depth view of your complexion.

First is the Standard Photo, which shows how the complexion typically looks in normal daylight.  Second, the Cross-Polarized illumination is used to detect sub-surface skin details such as brown spots (hyperpigmentation, freckles, lentigines and melasma) and red areas (acne, inflammation, rosacea or spider veins.) These images will help Cindy and you both better understand your skin and help construct the best prescribed home care regimen and skin treatments.
